Due to the nature of our niche perfume products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@renderculture.net with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll be happy to review your case and resolve the issue with care.

If your return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll provide return instructions by email.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Please note:

– All fragrances are final sale once opened.
– We do not accept returns or exchanges for scent preferences.
– Return shipping is not covered unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
– Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging when applicable.
– Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.
