  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During high demand or special promotions, slight delays may occur.

We will notify you if a delay is expected.

2. Shipping Rates

Render Culture currently offers:

  • Free international shipping on all orders

  • Shipping rates calculated automatically for special services or express options (if selected)

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated timeframes:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • United States: 4–10 business days

  • GCC Countries: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

These estimates depend on customs clearance and carrier handling.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Render Culture is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts from the carrier

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections or additional taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution.

Render Culture is not responsible for lost packages after the carrier marks them as “Delivered”.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Certain countries may be temporarily unavailable for delivery due to logistics or carrier limitations.
We update our shipping zones regularly inside Shopify.
